Today we went on a “field trip” to a mini museum located right here on campus. The museum was filled with magnificent art pieces created collaboratively by preschool and senior students under the direction of Mr. Steuer, Mrs. van der Merwe, and Ms. Yoko.
With clipboards, paper, and pencils in hand, we did a gallery walk, jotting down our observations, thoughts, and wonderings.
The silence in the gallery was a clue as to how the art captivated us and piqued our curiosity.
Some of us, siblings of the artists, were especially proud.
