Ms. Kraft always has something special in store for u each week during our time in the library. Today we enjoyed an especially exciting treat… bringing a book to life with puppets. Giles Andreae’s book There’s a Rumble in the Jungle provided the rhyming text that inspired both sound and action. Ms. Kraft provided the puppets, which allowed us all hide behind our hands and hoot and howl and hop and around.
Today’s lesson will serve as a wonderful reference point, as we begin to explore the genres of drama and poetry.
